Hedwig Cosy and Mollie Makes

Mollie Makes, where have I been? I can't believe I didn't discover this magazine until last week. Probably because I haven't had a chance to actually browse in a bookstore since 2011. The Mollie Makes website is pretty awesome, too - go ahead, I'll wait while you check it out.
(Dare I say I might even like it more than Purl Bee?)

So, while perusing Barnes and Noble with Mr Darcy, I picked up the holiday issue of Mollie Makes (I came in to buy a planner. I left with issues of Piecework, Interweave Knits, and Mollie Makes.) The magazine has patterns and plans for all types of craft, but I particularly loved Tanya Antonova's Owl Wrist Warmers and Mug Cosy patterns.

Nothing like some French press on a rainy afternoon.
My French press looks a little lonely, don't you think? Needs wool.

Noticing the label on your yarn... I have some from there I am planning share with FAF next week. :-)

I like the cozy! Of course, anything with those owls is an instant plus for me, I think they're so cool.

I started making my boyfriend a french press cozy... then his friend got him a full-on coffee maker and now he wants a cozy for that. Not the same. It's on the list of things I want to knit though!
